Use of other hotel services as and when required, at applicable rates:
- Parking : R450 per month per vehicle in the adjoining Parkade building – no specific bays allocated.
- Visitors can park and pay normal daily or hourly rates
- Servicing and cleaning of apartment – by arrangement depending on frequency.
- Laundry – by arrangement depending on requirements. (The hotel will offer a daily or weekly laundry service and charge reasonable rates therefor. Residents will not be permitted to hang their laundry on their balcony.)
- Restaurant and bar service and room service – at normal hotel rates, as and when required.
- Use of Skylevel terrace, outdoor pool and gym – no charge.
- Use of hotel shuttle-bus services – by arrangement.
- Wifi – normal level of service in apartment is included in the Body Corporate Base Levy
- The number of occupants per apartment is limited to 2.

- Open plan lounge, kitchen, and work station (office desk with chair) leading to a private balcony
- A unit owner / tenant on entering her/his apartment places her/his apartment key card in an electricity slot. On leaving, she/he removes the card, in order to re-enter the apartment later. This saves on wastage of electricity from lights and air-cons being left on.
- Additionally, the hotel generates some of its own electricity from a gas operated generator. This firstly makes the fixed monthly water and electricity charge (R600) a very reasonable one. Secondly, the building is provided with better than average ability to cope with Eskom outages.
- Because of the above and space / design considerations, residents can have a microwave, a hotplate unit and a medium sized fridge in their unit, but no stove or washing machine.
- I have a few units for sale on all levels of the building.
